1°AWARD "Emperor Frederick II of Swabia and the art of hawks"

It establishes the award "Emperor Frederick II of Swabia and the art of hawks" under the patronage of hawk Melfi of "Nino Laviano."
A Melfi (Pz), in the southern part of Italy, on 25/26 October 2008 will take place on the Chestnut Festival, with medieval historical events, with the taking of the castle, paraded in costumes along the medieval village of the old town, hawk committed along a path of hunting with hawks.

REGOLAMENTO:
 

Participation: and 'open to all OM and SWL Italians and foreigners;
 

Period: from 07:00 hours UTC from October 13 to 24:00 UTC, 26 October;

Bands HF: 3.5 MHz (80 meters.), 7 MHz (40 meters.), 14 MHz (20 meters). In the segments recommended by the IARU;

Ways: SSB, CW, PSK 31

Links: they can be connected all stations accredited Section of Melfi, it may be connected several times a day, provided in bands and different ways.

The complete list of valid stations to compete for the award of Diploma Frederick II and the hawk will be published on the website http://www.arimelfi.com

Scores: station with the name of Section IQ8MJ worth 5 points, all stations are credited 1 point, the station goes wild 3 points;
 

Reports: stations accredited wildcard station and the train station with the name of Section IQ8MJ pass RS-T and its progressive which must be confirmed by the corresponding;

Call: station operating make the call:  “ CQ CQ Diploma Federico II”

Achievement Award:  

May require the Diploma, all the stations that reach:

Cat. HF Italian (80mt, 40mt, 20mt) : 15 point

Cat. HF Foreigners (80mt, 40mt, 20mt) : 10 point
